Cancellation: No refunds will be given if you cancel within 14 days before the Event. Bookings made within this period are non-refundable. Service and Add-Ons: For services and add-ons under US$50.00, refunds are not permitted. Transfer Policy: Deposits or bookings can be transferred to another event within 12 months. Transfers are allowed once and must be requested at least 3 days before the Event. If a transfer results in a price difference, the balance must be paid, or the booking will be canceled without a refund. Late Arrival: Refunds are not provided if you arrive late for your appointment or if you choose to leave before receiving the service. 2. LATENESS Registration Time: Please register no later than 30 minutes before your confirmed time. Late Penalty: A US$50.00 penalty is required if you are more than 10 minutes late. 3.
