DEPOSIT & REFUNDS Booking Confirmation: A non-refundable deposit of US$50.00 is required to confirm your booking. Cancellation: No refunds will be given if you cancel within 14 days before the Event. Bookings made within this period are non-refundable. Service and Add-Ons: For services and add-ons under US$50.00, refunds are not permitted. Transfer Policy: Deposits or bookings can be transferred to another event within 12 months. Transfers are allowed once and must be requested at least 3 days before the Event. If a transfer results in a price difference, the balance must be paid, or the booking will be canceled without a refund.
