GLAM HUB POLICIES

1. DEPOSIT & REFUNDS

  • Booking Confirmation: A non-refundable deposit of US$50.00 is required to confirm your booking.

  • Cancellation: No refunds will be given if you cancel within 14 days before the Event. Bookings made within this period are non-refundable.

  • Service and Add-Ons: For services and add-ons under US$50.00, refunds are not permitted.

  • Transfer Policy: Deposits or bookings can be transferred to another event within 12 months. Transfers are allowed once and must be requested at least 3 days before the Event. If a transfer results in a price difference, the balance must be paid, or the booking will be canceled without a refund.

  • Late Arrival: Refunds are not provided if you arrive late for your appointment or if you choose to leave before receiving the service.

2. LATENESS

  • Registration Time: Please register no later than 30 minutes before your confirmed time.

  • Late Penalty: A US$50.00 penalty is required if you are more than 10 minutes late.

3. QUALITY CONTROL

  • Service Satisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with your service, please report it immediately to our representative before leaving the event. We will assess whether corrective action is needed on a case-by-case basis.

4. PHOTOGRAPHY/PHOTOSHOOT

  • Image Rights: By opting for Glam Shots, you agree that while your image remains your property, you grant us the right to use, publish, and print any images taken during your service. We will not use your photographs unlawfully.

5. WEBSITE PRICING

  • Price Changes: Prices for services offered on our website are subject to change on the date of the Event.

6. PRIVACY POLICY

  • Introduction: Carnival Glam Hub is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose the information you provide when using our services.

  • Information We Collect:

    • Contact Information: Name, email address, phone number.

    • Booking Information: Details related to your service appointments, including date, time, and services selected.

  • How We Use Your Information:

    • To manage your bookings and communicate with you.

    • To improve our services and send marketing communications (if opted-in).

  • Sharing Your Information: We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share it with trusted third-party providers who assist us in operating our business.

  • Payment Information: All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors; we do not store payment card information.

  • Your Rights: You have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your personal information.

  • Data Security: We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information but note that no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

  • Changes to this Policy: We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on our website.

7. REFERRAL POLICY

  • Purpose: The Glam Hub Referral Program is designed to reward our loyal customers for sharing the Glam Hub experience with their friends and family.

  • Eligibility: Referrers must have used Glam Hub services or purchased a product. Referees are new customers referred by a Referrer.

  • How it Works:

    • Referrer Shares Code: The Referrer shares their unique referral code with potential Referees.

    • Referee Makes a Purchase: The Referee uses the code at checkout to receive a discount.

    • Referrer Earns Rewards: The Referrer earns rewards once the Referee's purchase is completed. Rewards are paid out 2 weeks after the event via Zelle, PayPal, or WiPay.

  • Terms & Conditions:

    • Code Usage: Referees can only use one referral code per purchase. Glam Hub reserves the right to disable codes or set limits without prior notice. Misuse will result in forfeiture of rewards and removal from the program.

    • Concierge Companies: Must identify themselves when participating in the referral program.

  • General: Glam Hub reserves the right to modify or terminate the Referral Program at any time, without prior notice. By participating, you agree to these terms.
